Watching a movie can help you when emotions run high or low…or somewhere in between… Making time for you…or time for you and your pet… or with your chosen loved ones… can be a healing and relaxing moment in the midst of the holiday craze. You choose the movie - holiday, comedy, drama, or maybe even a scary movie - whatever feels good to your soul in the moment - Do. It. Up. 

Give yourself some time for comfy clothes…maybe some popcorn and hot chocolate…and a good movie. This self care tool is really appropriate for any time of the year…a Tuesday night, a Saturday night, and even a holiday! So today, relax, unwind, and enjoy watching a movie!
